It has been about three months since my kiddo and I moved into our new little town. When life started looking more like a tilt-a-whirl, I sat down and created a mental list of the ideal place to raise my child and heal my heart. If you don’t believe in prayer, then you may need to look at my list and compare it to the place that we now call home. And what drew me in once I stepped through the door? The windows in the dining room. I was pretty certain that I wouldn’t be the only one that loved them, and it didn’t take long for our slightly rounded calico to find her new seat overlooking the yard. You can often catch her chattering to the squirrels, chipmunks, or birds that call the yard home.
